  • Counselors are reaching out about your students’ courses for next year. Please keep an eye out for correspondence so your student can be set up and ready to go before summer! If you have not registered for next year yet, now is the time if you’d like to plan for next year before the summer.
  • If you have questions or concerns about your student’s courses, please reach out to their counselor via email.
  • High School students will be receiving information about our new College and Career readiness platform, Xello, in late August to early September, so keep an eye out for that.
  • Counselors are sending important information out to students weekly via Ignitia messaging, and monthly via Smores newsletters. Please make sure to keep an eye out for these as they have important dates and deadlines!

Progress Monitoring

  • We make it a priority to keep you informed of your students’ progress each week. Progress summary emails are sent to the primary parent’s email address as a resource to help identify potential issues and keep students from falling behind.
  • Please submit an Absence Form only if an absence prevents your student from completing their weekly coursework by Sunday night.
  • If you notice poor grades or low progress, please log into your parent portal or into the student portal to check what your child is struggling with (lessons, quizzes, projects, or tests). Please reach out to your student’s teachers or counselor to discuss ways to improve low grades.

Intervention Program

Four seperate hands holding onto each other
  • Enlightium Academy’s Intervention Team supports Enlightium students in all teacher-led programs who face academic challenges.

  • Once referred to Intervention, our team carefully reviews each student and their unique challenges to equip them for academic success. Enlightium strives to help students make the most of their academic resources while promoting a growth mindset and cultivating effective learning habits. The Intervention Team's goal is to help students overcome their challenges and become lifelong, independent learners.

  • Student chapels are available for primary and elementary as well as middle and high school. Visit our information page for more details here. Student chapels will resume in September.
  • Students interested in learning the foundations for ministry and gaining tools for Bible interpretation and defending the faith, check out the Mission Program. The Mission Program also helps to meet our social requirements and service hours.
  • The Enlightium Prayer Support Team leads staff and faculty in prayer each week, praying for our students and their families. We encourage students to reach out to staff or faculty with prayer requests, and we encourage families to use the Prayer Request Form on our website to submit prayers.
