Description | This chemistry course expands students' knowledge of macroscopic properties and the microstructure of substances, further develops their understanding of microstructure, and teaches the symbolic and mathematical world of formulas, equations, and symbols. The major concepts covered within the course are the following: measurement, atomic structure, chemical formulas and bonding, chemical reactions, stoichiometry, gases, chemical equilibrium, and organic chemistry. This course has been built around the practices published in the AP Chemistry Course and Exam Description.
