Description

Throughout the course, students will be introduced to a number of literary forms including fiction and nonfiction, news and propaganda, poetry, and advertising. Reading, grammar, vocabulary, and literature are integrated to round out the subject matter.


Literacy has a new meaning in the digital age. Not only do students need to learn the English language, but they must be able to communicate using technology. In this course, students examine media and its presence in God's universe.

Summary
This course is a comprehensive overview of world geography, continents, and world development in which students visit and learn about culturally diverse countries as they investigate the mysteries of their histories.
Description

Through a look at the land and the people who live there, students are introduced not only to modern-day culture but are able to trace its origin to the events and movements that molded it.


As students learn more about people, places, and cultures outside of the United States, they will also study the land and its geography with an emphasis on latitude and longitude, the hemispheres, and regional differences and similarities. Biblical materials infused throughout coursework help students to discuss and evaluate theories, practices, and events from a Christian perspective.

Description

From math facts to complex concepts, this dynamic, media-filled course reviews the math topics of whole numbers, decimals, fractions, and geometry. In-depth lessons include statistics and metrics. This course includes interactive exercises and games to allow students time to practice and develop mastery.


Graphics, animation, and video clips help explain complicated numerical operations, factoring, graphing, and converting fractions. Students use their math skills in real-life situations and see God’s intentional order in the world around them.
