Offline Fine Arts electives encourage students to earn credit for external fine arts activities. The supervising adult may be a local art instructor or music teacher, but not an Enlightium teacher.
Description

A Fine Arts class is a course that focuses on creative expression, artistic skills, and appreciation of the arts. Students learn techniques, develop their creativity, and create original works while exploring different artistic disciplines.

  • The student’s engagement in the activity must consist of both teacher’s instruction and practice.
  • The arts encompass a wide range of creative practices, spanning visual forms like painting and digital art, performing arts like singing and dance, and diverse creative crafts such as animation, illustration, and woodworking.
  • An accurate record of daily activity in the subject area and time spent must be faithfully kept.
  • 60 hours per 0.5 credit must be completed.
  • 120 hours per 1.0 credit must be completed.
