Offline Fine Arts electives (also known as Offline Fine Arts credits) include musical instruments, vocal music, choir, and private lessons (theater, dance, drawing, etc). The following requirements must be met:

• The student’s engagement in the activity must consist of both teacher’s instruction and practice.
• An accurate record of daily activity in the subject area and time spent must be faithfully kept.
• 60 hours per 0.5 credit must be completed.

Whether or not a fee is charged depends on if the student is full-time or part-time, and how many credits he or she takes:

• Full-time:

  • The first 1.0 credit of Offline Electives above the credit limit is included at no additional cost.

  • After that, the fee listed above will be charged.

• Part-time:

  • Courses are always purchased individually. Offline Electives are available at the above rates.

• Note that Offline Electives can include Physical Education, Fine Arts, and World Languages.
