How do I change packages? You may upgrade/downgrade your support package by connecting with our Billing Department. Note that a fee may apply depending on the current support package, and some support packages may not be available during certain times of the year. I have enrolled my student. What’s next? The initial enrollment process may take up to two weeks, depending on how soon we receive records and, if applicable, when the entrance assessment is completed.
Once your application has been processed, you will receive an email with the next steps and, if applicable, assessment credentials.
You may submit any records you currently have here. These will be used as unofficial records while we await official documents from the school. We have done everything, but we still don’t have classes assigned. I don’t want my student to get behind. We understand your concern about your student falling behind while waiting for courses to be assigned. Please be assured that course schedules and due dates are adjusted based on when your student gains access to their courses, not the official start date of the school year. Your student will not begin with overdue assignments. Our counselors also work with families to assign a manageable course load based on the time available, to the best of their ability. If you have any concerns about your student’s pace or workload once courses are assigned, please reach out to your counselor for support.

Admissions
 | What should I do if I am unsure whether I will re-enroll at Enlightium or at another school? If your family has not yet made a final decision, you may either wait to re-enroll or complete the re-enrollment process with Enlightium on a tentative basis. If you choose to re-enroll tentatively, please note on the re-enrollment form that you are considering another school and indicate whether you would like a team member to contact you to answer any questions about re-enrollment. If you later decide not to continue with Enlightium, you will need to complete the Withdrawal and Enrollment Cancellation Form to cancel your student’s enrollment for the upcoming school year. Please note that standard cancellation and withdrawal fees may apply. Additional information about withdrawal fees can be found in the Fee Handbook. Is there a deadline to re-enroll? |

Which courses will my student take?My student is behind. What do we do if they don't finish on time?It is best to speak with your counselor to make a plan for your student. Summer school extensions are available for students who need more time to complete coursework. Applicable fees apply. If your student does not finish coursework for any course with at least 75% completion, students will receive 0s for any unfinished assignments. This will highly impact their final grades. For courses under 75% complete, students will receive an Incomplete for this year and will often need to finish this course before moving on to the next course in the next grade level.

Grades and Progress
 | How many assignments does my student have left to complete?- Parents can use the student portal or sign into their student’s Ignitia account to review their student’s progress, grades, communication with teachers, overdue assignments, remaining assignments, and more. This information will be available in the “Course” tab.
- Additionally, the progress summary reports sent most weeks of the school year have data pulled directly from Ignitia, such as your student’s progress, the number of overdue assignments, and how far ahead or behind they are.
How do I upload to Ignitia?- You can click here for detailed steps.

Billing
 | Why do I still have payments due if we completed everything?- Monthly payments are installments on the full tuition for the school year, similar to making payments on a loan. This means that you are not paying for a monthly "subscription" to use Ignitia and receive teacher support; instead, you are paying off the full year's tuition for the coursework scheduled. We provide this flexibility to allow families to manage tuition costs more easily throughout the year. If you have any specific questions or concerns about your payment schedule, please contact our billing department at billing@enlightiumacademy.com for further assistance.
How much will the tuition be?What if I call the Billing Department but do not get an answer?- You can email billing@enlightiumacademy.com or call 509-350-2668; if you are unable to speak with a representative, leave your number in the callback queue.
What discounts are available?- Click here to learn more about discounts and for a link to the current discounts.
How do I update my payment method?Where can I find a list of comprehensive payments and policies for the billing department?- You can access the fee handbooks by grade level here.
