Overview
| - The customer portal will allow you to view and update information pertaining to your household, such as viewing your student’s grades and progress, tuition information, and more.
- The customer portal is available to families with students in the Online Program.

Getting Started
| - To access your customer portal, you must have a student currently enrolled at Enlightium Academy and you must have an active account with the Enlightium Parents app.
- On the app, navigate to the main menu and select “Customer Portal”.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to sign in.

Features
| - Students Tab
- See information pertaining to your student, such as their grade level for a given school year, their account’s username, and an option to reset their Ignitia account’s password.
- Progress Tab
- See information pertaining to your student, such as their grades and progress in their courses. This information is updated regularly, allowing you to at a glance see where your student is at in their courses.
- Payments Tab
- See tuition and fees information pertaining to that school year, including an overview of tuition and fees and previous payments. You will also find a link to update a payment method if needed.
