Customer Portal

Overview

  • The customer portal will allow you to view and update information pertaining to your household, such as viewing your student’s grades and progress, tuition information, and more.
  • The customer portal is available to families with students in the Online Program.

Getting Started

  1. To access your customer portal, you must have a student currently enrolled at Enlightium Academy and you must have an active account with the Enlightium Parents app
  2. On the app, navigate to the main menu and select “Customer Portal”. 
  3. Follow the instructions on the screen to sign in. 


Features

  • Students Tab
    • See information pertaining to your student, such as their grade level for a given school year, their account’s username, and an option to reset their Ignitia account’s password. 
  • Progress Tab
    • See information pertaining to your student, such as their grades and progress in their courses. This information is updated regularly, allowing you to at a glance see where your student is at in their courses.
  • Payments Tab
    • See tuition and fees information pertaining to that school year, including an overview of tuition and fees and previous payments. You will also find a link to update a payment method if needed.
