Notarizing High School Records

• Notarizing school documents, such as a diploma or transcript, may be a requirement if you want to study abroad.* Additionally, a notarization of other school records, such as a Verification of Enrollment, may be requested by certain agencies even within the United States. 
• The fee for the notary will be $25 per document plus any international shipping (if applicable, domestic shipping is included in the notary fee). The process may take up to ten days.

*If the country your student plans to continue studies in is a member of the Hague Convention, you are likely to need an apostille as well. For more information about the apostille process, please see here.
