Verification of Enrollment (VOE) Form
What is a Verification of Enrollment (VOE)?
| - A Verification of Enrollment (VOE), also known as a Certificate of Enrollment or Proof of School Enrollment, is an official document provided by the school as a confirmation of the student’s enrollment in that school.
- Parents can use it to prove to their state or school district that the student is receiving a quality accredited education or for such purposes as receiving a driver's license in their state or other legal services.
- Some states, such as Texas, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Mississippi, may require specific forms or have additional requirements, which may include obtaining the (VOE) and attendance from the local school district. Please check with your local DMV office. The Enlightium Admissions department will provide the Enlightium VOE to assist in this process.
- Students must demonstrate compliance with attendance requirements to receive a Verification of Enrollment.
- Families can request a Verification of Enrollment by emailing [email protected].
- The Admissions Department will work with the student’s counselor to issue the VOE. It can take three to five business days* to process a standard VOE request, depending on the reason and urgency of the request.
- Please include the following information with your request:
- The purpose for the VOE.
- When the VOE is needed by; if applicable, the reason for the urgency of the request.
- Where to send the completed VOE, such as email, fax, or a mailing address.
*Enlightium will not issue a VOE until: The student has been enrolled at Enlightium Academy for at least 72 hours, AND The student has started the admissions process (entrance assessment is started and/or records have been provided).
