1S Assigned  

  • Your student’s first semester courses have been assigned. 

  • Your family has no actionable steps.

2S Assigned  

  • Your student’s second-semester courses have been assigned. 

  • Your family has no actionable steps.

Ready to Assign 

  • Your student is ready to receive courses or a course plan. Please keep an eye on your email for information about a course plan (for students in grades 9-12) or a list of your student’s assigned courses (for students in grades 3-8).

4-Year Plan Added  

  • For students in grades 9-12. Your student’s course plan has been added. A counselor is currently reviewing courses to see what is necessary for the coming school year. 

  • Keep an eye on your email for an email from your counselor within the next 2-5 days.

4-Year Plan Sent  

  • For students in grades 9-12.

  • Your student’s course plan has been sent to the primary parent email and your student’s counselor is waiting for your response. 

  • Please check both your inbox and your spam inbox to see if it has arrived. If you do not see it, please contact your student’s counselor.

4-Year Plan Updated  

  • For students in grades 9-12. 

  • Your student’s course plan has been added. A counselor is currently reviewing courses to see what is necessary for the coming school year. 

  • Keep an eye on your email for an email from your counselor within the next 2-5 days.

4-Yr Plan Confirmed  

  • For students in grades 9-12.

  • Your student’s course plan has been confirmed. Courses should be assigned within the next 2-5 days.

All Classes Assigned  

  • Your student’s courses have all been assigned. 

  • If you have any questions about the courses assigned, please contact your student’s counselor.

Early Start Assigned 

  • Your student’s courses have all been assigned. Your family has no actionable steps as long as you have all of your courses. 

  • Reach out to your counselor if you have any questions or concerns.

Partially Assigned  

  • Some of your student’s courses have been assigned. Generally, the counselor is waiting to hear back from you about electives or other course questions. 

  • Please review your email for contact from your counselor.

Placement Tests and Student Records Outstanding  

  • See “Placement Test Outstanding” and “Student Records Outstanding” statuses.

Placement Tests Outstanding 

  • The Entrance Assessment may still not be fully completed in IXL, or you need to let Enlightium’s Admissions Department know that it is completed by answering all questions in the Ignitia Entrance Assessment Instructions Lesson. 

  • In some cases in which your student has completed the entrance assessment within the last 24 hours, the Admissions team may have not updated the scores on your student’s file yet. 

  • Please allow the team one school day to update this before inquiring.

Student Records Outstanding 

  • Enlightium’s Admissions Department does not have enough records to proceed with the admissions process. 

  • In some cases, records may have been requested and may have been received but are still being processed.  

  • The Admissions Department may have some but not enough records for courses to be assigned. Please see here for grade-specific requirements.

    • We request records from the school (if previously attended a public/private school) or parent (if previously homeschooled).

    • If you already sent in records and have not heard from us, please provide the team 2-3 school days to process them before inquiring. 

Schedule Created  

  • Your student’s schedule has been created. A counselor is currently reviewing courses to see what is necessary for the coming school year. 

  • Keep an eye on your email for an email from your counselor within the next 2-5 days.

SS Only Assigned  

  • For Summer School students. 

  • All of your student’s classes have been assigned.
