Adjustment Period and 30-Day Tuition Money-Back Guarantee

Enlightium Academy is committed to ensuring that each student is well-placed within our program. To support this commitment, we offer:

• returning families a 14-day adjustment period from the class start date
• new families a 30-day tuition money-back guarantee based on the class start date

To ensure the selected program is a good fit, returning families have a 14-day adjustment period from the class start date. During this time, families may make:

• course adjustments,
• support package modifications, or
• other changes

• without incurring additional fees.

After this 14-day adjustment period, further changes will incur additional fees.

*Please note that the adjustment period is designed for switching between courses or packages, not for cancellation without financial obligation. Any cancellations will remain subject to tuition charges.

Families new to Enlightium Academy are offered a 30-day trial period to see if Enlightium Academy is a good fit for them. If, for whatever reason, you choose to withdraw before classes start, all tuition paid would be refunded.

• Once classes begin, you have 30 days to try Enlightium risk-free.
• If you withdraw anytime during the 30 days, any tuition paid would be refunded.
• If cancellation occurs outside of the 30-day window, withdrawal fees will apply.

*The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to tuition. Other fees, such as the custom payment plan fee or voucher processing fee, are not subject to the money-back guarantee.

Refundable Custom Payment Plan Fee

• Please note that the custom payment plan fee is fully refundable if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of enrollment.
• If cancellation occurs outside 72 hours of enrollment, the fee becomes nonrefundable.

A financial appeal process is also available for any fees incurred, allowing families to request a review based on individual circumstances.
