Enlightium Academy is committed to ensuring that each student is well-placed within our programs.
To support this commitment, we offer a 14-day grace period from the date of initial enrollment and a 14-day adjustment period from the class start date.
The 14-Day Grace Period
At Enlightium, we have a 14-day grace period from the date of initial enrollment, during which no tuition is due if a family chooses to cancel.
The 14-day grace period begins when the enrollment form is submitted.
Please note: The enrollment fee is fully refundable if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of enrollment.
If any tuition payments have been made during this period, they will be refunded accordingly.
Students in the Book-Based Program who have purchased books prior to withdrawal will need to handle book returns separately and on their own with the applicable textbook supplier.
The 14-Day Adjustment Period
At Enlightium, we also have a 14-day adjustment period from the class start date, during which time families will not incur additional fees for making various changes, such as:
Program changes (example: from Book-Based to Online)
Support package modifications (example: from Standard Package to Priority Support Upgrade)
Switching classes (example: from standard to Honors courses)
Making payment adjustments to their payment schedule
The 14-day adjustment period begins on the class start date.
Please note: The adjustment period is designed for switching between courses or packages, not for cancellation without financial obligation. Any cancellations after the enrollment grace period (previous section) will remain subject to tuition charges.
After this 14-day adjustment period, further changes will incur additional fees.
The Financial Appeal Process
Additionally, Enlightium offers a Financial Appeal Process for any fees incurred. This gives Enlightium families the opportunity to request a review based on individual circumstances.
