As a Christian academy, we expect all students to uphold Christian values of kindness, compassion, and respect towards others. Good conduct is about pleasing God while respecting others. Bullying behavior contradicts these values and is incompatible with our school's mission and seven standards of behavior. Students are expected to:
Treat others with dignity and respect, regardless of differences.
Stand up against bullying behavior and support peers who are being bullied.
Seek help from trusted adults if they witness or experience bullying.
What is Bullying?
Bullying Awareness Month brings awareness to bullying. Enlightium Academy aims to provide insight and resources to inform students about bullying while creating a safe space for students to report or discuss bullying.
Bullying is an intentional, repeated behavior intended to hurt, harm, or humiliate another individual, often with the end goal of asserting power and dominance.
To further support our students and our mission and zero-tolerance stance against bullying, Enlightium hosts a 5-day Anti-Bullying campaign during Bullying Awareness Month.
