Tier 2 Intervention

Enlightium’s Tier 2 Intervention support is designed for students experiencing challenges with academic progress, grades, or specific learning obstacles, including those related to significant life events such as illness, travel, or the loss of a loved one.
This intervention support may include mandatory weekly intervention sessions to help students strengthen their executive function skills, including planning, prioritizing, and time management.
Failure to comply may result in a phone call from the Principal’s Office and possible conditional enrollment.
- Conditional enrollment at Enlightium Academy sets specific goals and timelines to help students get back on track with their coursework.

The student attends weekly intervention group sessions. The primary parent will be notified when the student's academic progress and/or grades have improved and participation is no longer required.
The student attends a group session to develop and practice executive functioning skills under the supervision of the Intervention Team.
Group sessions function both as an arena for student support and for Intervention Team evaluation of student growth and/or repeated struggles.
