Our counselors appreciate your patience as they work to support each of their students in a timely fashion. Please note:
- If you need to initiate contact with your student’s counselor, use their email (preferably) and expect 2-3 business days for a response. During the peak seasons for enrollment and course scheduling, expect up to five business days for a response.
- If you have an emergency, please reach our staff and faculty contact and they will assist you in setting up an emergency Calendly appointment with your student’s counselor.

 | Ms. McCune graduated from Houston Baptist University with a Master's of Arts in Psychology and a Certificate in School Counseling in 1992. She earned a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education in 1987 at Pan American University in Edinburg, Texas. Ms. McCune knew from a young age that working with children was her calling and believes that building relationships is the key to success in education. Ms. McCune is ACSI certified. Ms. McCune has two adult sons and recently became a grandmother. She and her family love all things outdoors, especially in the mountains of Colorado. She loves to cook and enjoys running a small antique business. Ms. McCune has 28 years experience as a high school counselor and has loved every minute of it. |
