Using the Back Button in Ignitia

You may have noticed that your browser's normal back button does not function the same way in Ignitia as it does on most other websites. Do not use this button when working in Ignitia. Doing so may result in you losing work for that assignment.

Though you might have completed only a small amount of work before clicking the back button, Ignitia counts the work as one entire attempt.

For quizzes and tests, clicking on the back button will cost you an attempt. Considering the fact that you only get two attempts on quizzes and one attempt on tests, this could prove costly.

To avoid losing work, use the buttons available within Ignitia in order to return to the previous page.
