 | - The PreK-8 Homeschool Template is for students enrolling at Enlightium who were previously homeschooled for one or more years from grades PreK-8.
- Each essay, sample, etc. needs to include the student’s name, grade level, and course/subject information.

High School Homeschool Template
 | - The High School Homeschool Template is for students enrolling at Enlightium who were previously homeschooled for one or more years from grades 9-12.
- One form must be provided for each year in high school year homeschooled
- Each essay, sample, etc. needs to include the student’s name, grade level, and course/subject information.
- Each form must be:
- Signed by a local school official, or
- Provided with the following samples for each year of high school
- English (1 essay and 2-4 other samples
History (1 essay/research paper and 2-4 other samples Math (1 quiz/test and 3 lessons Science (1 quiz/test and 2-4 other samples Science Lab (1 sample of lab experiment or lab notes; 2-4 other samples Electives: Art (3-5 art drawings and in-class work Electives: Health (3-5 completed worksheets Electives: Fitness (photos of sports and photos of student exercising Electives: World Language (3-5 lessons) Electives: Other (worksheets, photos, and/or quizzes)
