- Report Cards Issued - Quarter 1: November 7–8, 2026
- Report Cards Issued - Quarter 2: February 6–7, 2027
- Report Cards Issued - Quarter 3: April 17–18, 2027
- Report Cards Issued - Quarter 4: June 23–27, 2027
- Report Cards Issued - Summer School: August 7–8, 2027
- Report cards for all grade levels will be provided to the primary parent via email.
- If you did not receive a report card or the report card potentially contains errors, please follow the steps found in the “Report Card Requests” section below.

Report Card Requests
 | For report cards from the current school year, please wait until after the scheduled issuance dates before requesting a reissue. These dates are listed as “Report Cards Issued” on the School Calendar.
If you have not received your student’s report card after the scheduled issuance date or believe it contains an error, please follow the steps below:
- Missing Report Card: Submit this Report Card Reissue/Request Form.
- Incorrect Grade: Contact your student’s teacher through their learning platform to request a review.
Important Note: In order for the final or official report cards to be released, the household must be in good financial standing with no remaining balance.
Note that the requestor must have the necessary permissions to receive the report card. If you do not have the necessary permissions, a report card will not be issued. However, you can connect with the primary contact to request the report card. |

- Check Enlightium’s calendar for the dates the report cards are scheduled to be sent.
- Check the spam and other folders in the primary parent’s email.

- Transferring to another school?
- Accepting schools should send a records request form to registrar@enlightiumacademy.com.
- Records will be released once the withdrawal process is finalized and/or the current school year is completed.
