Parents App: Sending Messages

Before sending messages:

• You need to connect with another member of the community, including an Enlightium administrator.
• Navigate to their profile.
• Select “Connect” and wait for their confirmation.
  
  • Please allow up to one business day for an administrator to accept your request.
• Once the request has been accepted, you will receive a notification.

Sending messages.

1. Click on the chat icon.

2. Click the blue chat icon to initiate a chat.
   
3. Add one or more members to the chat.
4. Click “Next”.
5. Type the message and click the “Send” icon.
