Overview
 | - The EA 101 team works with incoming families to help them understand how Enlightium works, parent and student expectations, how to connect with an Enlightium team member if needed, and to answer questions.
- All new families will receive an email with a recording of a webinar presentation or an invitation to register for an EA 101 Welcome Webinar.

Schedule
 | - Between May and September: A recording of the webinar presentation will be sent out via email.
- Between September and October: Webinars are held every other week for each support level.
- From November through May: Webinars are held once per month per support level on Tuesdays.
