Our counselors appreciate your patience as they work to support each of their students in a timely fashion. Please note:

• If you need to initiate contact with your student’s counselor, use their email (preferably) and expect 2-3 business days for a response. During the peak seasons for enrollment and course scheduling, expect up to five business days for a response.
• If you have an emergency, please reach out to our support staff and they will assist you in setting up an emergency Calendly appointment with your student’s counselor.
