To submit a photo, open the Enlightium Parents app:
In the menu, select “Customer Portal”.
Select “Access Portal”.
If needed, sign in to the Customer Portal.
Click on “Forms”.
Click on “Student ID Form”.
Complete the form.
Alternatively, a link to submit your student's photo for his or her ID card will likely be sent to the primary parent's email in October. After that point, you may search your inbox for an email with the word "photo" in the subject line.
Photos must meet the criteria outlined in the video below. Parents will receive a follow-up email stating if their photo submission was approved or denied; if denied, a reason will be provided, and the family will be provided an opportunity to submit a new photo (if before the end of the third quarter).
