Parent-Teacher Conferences in the Online Program
 | - Parent-teacher conferences are held via zoom and will begin with a video message emailed to parents from their child's teacher. Parents with Gold and Diamond support packages will also have the option to schedule a meeting with the teacher for a more personalized discussion.
- At Enlightium Academy, Parent-Teacher Conferences take place during quarters 2 and 3.
- There are a number of collaborators in a student’s education: the parents, school administration, the student’s counselor, the student’s teachers, and the student.
- Topics discussed can include:
- Observations of the student’s overall progress in the class
- Specific strengths
- Specific areas for improvement
- Suggestions for ways the student can grow
- Helpful resources
- Any questions the family might have
- Parent-Teacher Conference Dates
- November 12 - 26, 2024
- December 2 - 13, 2024
- February 18 - 28, 2025

- Blackout Dates
- Wednesday, November 27 - Friday, November 29, 2024: School is closed for Thanksgiving Break
- Friday, March 7, 2025: Half-school day for staff and faculty training
- Contact
- Teachers send welcome letters when a student is enrolled in their course. These welcome letters include teacher contact information.
- Teacher emails can be found on the faculty contact knowledge base page.
- Students can send a teacher a direct message in Ignitia or Canvas for the teacher's contact information.

Parent-Teacher Conferences in the Homeschool Program
 | - In the Homeschool Program, the parent or guardian acts as the student’s teacher. For this reason, there are no dedicated days for Parent-Teacher Conferences.
- However, parents and guardians can review their student’s grades and progress by:
- Reviewing the monthly progress reports
- Emailing their homeschool coordinator for suggestions if their student is struggling in one or more courses

Parent-Teacher Conferences in the Sapphire Live Program
 | - Parent-Teacher Conferences are held once a year on November 25 and November 26. Regular classes are canceled for that day.
- Additionally, parents or guardians can request a Parent-Teacher Conference at any point in the school year by emailing their student’s teacher; classes will not be canceled during requested conferences.
- During Parent-Teacher Conferences, teachers will meet with parents to discuss what a student is doing well as well as growth areas for the student. It is a great time of connection and can really benefit students as parent/teacher communication is key for student success. Parent-Teacher Conferences in the Hybrid Program
 | - An email with details will be sent at the end of October.
- Parent-teacher conferences are held twice a year in person in November and April. Additionally, conferences will be available via Zoom
- Additionally, parents or guardians can request a Parent-Teacher Conference at any point in the school year by emailing their student’s coordinator.
- During Parent-Teacher Conferences, teachers will meet with parents to discuss what a student is doing well as well as growth areas for the student. It is a great time of connection and can benefit students as parent/teacher communication is key for student success.
