- Report Cards Issued - Quarter 2 Feb 1-2, 2025
- Report Cards Issued - Quarter 3 April 12-13, 2025
- Report Cards Issued - Quarter 4 June 25-29, 2025
- Report Cards Issued - Summer School Aug 7-10, 2025
- Report cards for all grade levels will be provided to the primary parent via email.
- If a report card potentially contains errors, click here to request a reissue.

Report Card Requests
 | For a report card from the current school year, please only request a reissue after the scheduled send dates (see “Report Card Issued” dates on the school calendar). If you do not receive a report card or it potentially contains errors, please submit a Report Card Reissue/Request Form in the “Report Card Request Forms” section below.
For a report card from a previous school year, if you did not receive one or need one reissued, you may submit a Report Card Reissue/Request Form in the “Report Card Request Forms” section below.
In order for the final or official report cards to be released, the household must be in good financial standing with no remaining balance.
Note that the requestor must have the necessary permissions to receive the report card. If you do not have the necessary permissions, a report card will not be issued. However, you can connect with the primary contact to request the report card.

Expedited Report Cards
 | - Enlightium offers expedited report cards after each quarter. To request, please see the “Report Card Request Forms” section.
- There is a $25 fee for an expedited report card.
- For an expedited report card of a previous school year or quarter, please anticipate 1-3 business days after the form is submitted for the report card to be sent.
- For an expedited report card of the current or most recent quarter, processing times may be delayed due to the time required for teachers to complete grading, counselors to review, and the registrar department to process them.

- Transferring to another school?
- Accepting schools should send a records request form to registrar@enlightiumacademy.com.
- Records will be released once the withdrawal process is finalized and/or the current school year is completed.
