Overview
| Families have two options for making tuition payments: Prepayments - typically have the highest discount(s) available. Installment payments - that keep each payment lower.

Prepayment of Tuition
| Families may select the prepayment option on the enrollment form. The charge is typically taken within two weeks after enrollment; families will receive an email from the Billing Department a few days prior to the charge. Email billing@enlightiumacademy.com to request to switch to prepayment or to make adjustments.

Monthly Payments of Tuition
| Unless the "prepayment" option is selected, families will be assigned payments with the best-fitting installment plan. Payment plans will be sent via email from the Billing Department. Families may select any applicable discount; if eligible for two or more discounts, the highest discount will be applied by the Billing Department. If action is required on your part, you will be notified via email. You will have one week to respond after which time the tuition will be processed without the needed information.

Tuition Policy
| Payments can be delayed up to 30 days from students beginning coursework without impacting access to the course material. Families will receive an email with the following: Payment reminders are sent three days prior to the scheduled charge date. If ten days pass from the original charge date without payment or an arrangement being made, the student’s account will be deactivated and a $25 reactivation fee will apply. If 25 days pass from the original charge date without payment or an arrangement being made, the student will be withdrawn. A $50 reinstatement fee will apply.
If a payment is declined, an email will be sent which will allow a new card to be provided prior to the next scheduled attempt. Add-on fees are due within 30 days of enrollment.
