Enrollment and Re-Enrollment

  • New students for the current school year: With Enlightium’s open enrollment, students can be enrolled at any point in the school year!
  • New students for the upcoming school year: Enrollment is open! Click here to enroll a new student.
  • Returning students for the upcoming school year: A link to a pre-filled re-enrollment form will be sent to the primary parent’s email. Email support@enlightiumacademy.com if you did not receive the email or if you have any questions.

Spring Assessment

  • Standardized tests are designed to demonstrate to the parents and students whether the student is performing at grade-appropriate and age-appropriate levels.
  • Select states require assessments for students in specific grade levels; click here for details.
  • Enlightium will be hosting a two-day testing period on May 1 and 2.
  • Students in grades 9-12 receive direction from their counselors for college-preparatory assessments.
  • If your student(s) are registered for the Iowa Complete, please complete the Iowa Complete Remote Testing Parent Checklist prior to May 1 to prepare for testing.
  • The parent or adult proctor must complete the Parent Course before the testing window opens or you will not receive the link to join the testing session.
  • If your student(s) are taking the IXL test, please review the IXL checklist. There is no parent course required for IXL.
  • May 1 and 2 are regular school days. If your student is planning to not complete school work on those days or is taking the Iowa Complete please reach out to principal@enlightiumacademy.com.

Quarter Break

  • Friday, May 31: Last Day of School for Most Seniors

  • Wednesday, June 12: Quarter 4/Semester 2 Ends

  • Thursday, June 13 - Friday, June 14: Grace Period: Ignitia is Available

  • Saturday, June 15 - Wednesday, June 19: Ignitia is not Available. 


Student Council Writing Competition

  • The Student Council is currently hosting a Writing Contest. All Enlightium students are invited to participate. Writing entries need to focus on the theme of “dreams.”

  • Submissions must be in PDF format, must also be a poem or microfiction, and no longer than 350 words.

  • All writing entries need to be submitted by May 3rd, 2024, at 11:59 pm PT.

  • Winners will be announced in early June!

Eat and Greet Meetings

  • Enlightium Academy will be hosting in-person gatherings across the United States on Friday, May 10, 2024!

  • All Enlightium families are invited to attend these free events! This will be an opportunity for families to meet other Enlightium families in their area.

  • Families are encouraged to RSVP; a free gift will be provided to each household that RSVPs and attends this event.

School Trips With Joshua Expeditions

  • Joshua Expeditions is a Christian organization that provides guided tours of historical landmarks.

  • Students and their families travel to the locations, then join in on multi-day tours with certified tour guides, Enlightium staff and faculty, and other Enlightium families.

  • Upcoming trips:

  • Phoenix, Arizona on Thursday, November 7 - Friday, November 8, 2024, with Mrs. Teneisha Cook.

  • Washington, DC on Monday, March 24 - Friday, March 28, 2025, with Mr. Thomas Lambert and Mr. Michael Brooks.


Graduation Ceremonies

  • These will be virtual events open to graduating students, as well as their friends and family.

  • A link to join will be shared one hour before the event start time in the Enlightium Parents app, as a direct message in Ignitia, and with Sapphire teachers.

Student Chapels

  • Student chapels are a time of spiritual formation for the student body. Chapels include worship, a message from Scripture, and a monthly highlight.

  • Student Chapels offer students a platform to meet virtually with their peers and members of the Enlightium team once a month. If your student is interested in contributing to our chapel worship music, please reach out to our associate director of student life.

Live Sessions

  • The days and times for live sessions for students using the online Ignitia curriculum are now standardized across all grade levels.

  • Group tutoring sessions are available to students depending on their support package.

  • Silver+, Gold, and Diamond: Are invited to attend live sessions.

  • Bronze and Silver: Recordings of live sessions will be available in Livebinder for core classes.

  • Sapphire Live: Not applicable; Sapphire Live includes daily classes but uses a different curriculum.

  • AOP and BJU Press: Not applicable; these programs use a different curriculum.


Tell Your Friends about the Bible Elective Program!

  • Do you have a friend or family member who is interested in what Enlightium Academy is offering, but would like to start with just a course to see if this curriculum is right for their student? 

  • With Enlightium’s new Bible Elective Program, they can test-run a Bible course. 

  • They can start the process today and have their student’s Bible course assigned in 1-2 school days!


Teachers' Notes (Online Students, Grades 3-12)

  • Great job to our students in finishing the third quarter!! We hope that you have a wonderful break! 
  • We encourage students to finish the school year strong and to please encourage students to reach out to their teachers if they have any questions or would like any support. Our teachers love connecting with students! You are also welcome to reach out to the Principal’s Office by emailing principal@enlightiumacademy.com We are also here to help!
